How long does a typical cleaning take?
Most single-family homes take 2–4 hours depending on size, number of windows, and ladder access. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we send your quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. We can sometimes access exterior windows without coming inside. If you've scheduled interior window cleaning but won't be home, we're happy to pop in with a garage or door code.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homeowners do twice a year. If you live near construction, have a lot of trees overhead, or own pets who love pressing their nose to the back door, three times a year can keep things looking spotless. Solar panels are the exception. Those should be cleaned annually at minimum, ideally before peak summer sun. We can recommend a cadence for your home after the first visit.
What about hard water stains or construction grime?
We handle both. Hard water spots and post-construction cleanup need a little extra work, and we'll flag it in your quote so there are never surprise charges.
When is the best time to clean windows in Northern Colorado?
Twice a year is the sweet spot for most NoCo homes. Spring, after the cottonwoods finish dropping, and fall after the dust has blown through. We're happy to get you on a recurring schedule if you'd like to set it and forget it.
