Rise and Shine Window Cleaning respects your privacy. We only collect information that we need to quote your property, perform outstanding work, and collect payment. This policy explains our privacy stance in full.

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the site or search that referred you. This is aggregate traffic data used to understand how people find and use the site.

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to providing you cleaning services.
03Text Messaging
Texting is how we do most of our customer communication. When you give us your mobile number (on our quote form, by phone, or in person) you consent to receive service-related text messages from Rise and Shine Window Cleaning.
What we send
Quote replies and pricing, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival windows, weather delays, job completion notes, invoices and payment links, and recurring service reminders. Message frequency varies with your service activity.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us entirely by phone and/or email if you prefer.
Opting out

06Advertising
We may advertise locally through search and social platforms. Those platforms may use cookies or similar technology to show our ads to people who have visited our website or searched for exterior cleaning in Northern Colorado, and to tell us how many people contacted us after seeing an ad.
We do not upload your phone number or email to advertising platforms for targeting. You can manage ad personalization in your Google and social media account settings.
07Security
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards: password-protected accounts, encrypted connections on our website and forms, limited access for staff, and reputable providers for payment and scheduling. Access codes and gate codes you share are used only for service access and are not shared outside our crew.
If a breach ever affected your personal information, we would notify you as required by Colorado law.
08How Long We Keep It
We keep customer records as long as you're an active or returning customer, and afterward as needed for warranty claims, accounting, and tax requirements. Text messaging consent is retained while you're subscribed; opt out and your number comes off the list within 24 hours. You can request deletion of your information at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
09Your Rights & Choices
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. Whoever you are, we'll honor these requests:
- Access — ask what information we hold about you
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of texts — reply STOP, or tell us directly
- Opt out of marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message
To make a request, call or text (970) 581-7745 or email hello@riseandshinenoco.com. We'll respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will never charge you or reduce your service for exercising these rights.
10Property Photos
We photograph our work for quality records and, sometimes, for our website and social media. Marketing photos show no identifying details. If you'd rather we not use photos of your property publicly, just tell us and we'll keep them internal.
