Service scope

Rise and Shine Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power and soft washing, solar panel cleaning, and post-construction cleanup in Northern Colorado. Services outside this scope may be quoted separately, incur a trip charge, or be declined.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes may be provided by phone, text, or email. Quotes given without an on-site visit are estimates based on the information you provide or what can be ascertained online, including pane count, stories, access, and condition. If conditions on arrival differ materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price on-site and you may decline at no charge.

Scheduling

Appointments can be booked by phone, text, email, or through our online quote form. You are responsible for providing an accurate service address, contact number, and property details. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or safety conditions.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a locked or inaccessible property on arrival, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

02Pricing & Payment

Service fees

Pricing varies by service type, pane or surface count, number of stories, access difficulty, and condition. Heavy buildup, construction residue, hard water staining, and difficult access may carry additional charges.

Payment terms

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards. Deposits may be required for large or commercial jobs. Past due balances may be subject to a late fee, and unpaid accounts may be referred for collection.

Recurring & commercial accounts

Recurring service agreements continue at the agreed interval until either party cancels with reasonable notice. Recurring pricing is held for the term of the agreement and reviewed annually.

Promotions

Promotional offers, coupons, gift certificates, and discounts cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

03Text Messaging

Texting is one of our primary ways of communicating with customers. By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Rise and Shine Window Cleaning.

Message types

• Quote replies, pricing, and follow-up questions about your property
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival windows
• Weather delays and rescheduling notices
• Job completion notes, invoices, and payment links
• Recurring service reminders when your next cleaning is due

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your service activity — typically a handful of messages around each job, plus occasional reminders for recurring customers.

Rates & privacy

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

04Weather & Safety

We decide on inclement weather conditions the morning of service, based on crew safety. High wind, lightning, ice, freezing temperatures, or heavy precipitation may cause us to reschedule.

If we reschedule for weather, there is no fee. We'll contact you and get you on the next workable day. If you would rather cancel than reschedule, you may at no charge.

We do not work on roofs, ladders, or elevated surfaces when conditions are unsafe. If a portion of a job cannot be completed safely, we will complete what we can and either return or adjust the invoice accordingly.

05Your Responsibilities

Access to the property

Please provide clear access to the areas being serviced, including unlocked gates, an available outdoor water spigot, and driveway or parking space for our vehicle. Vehicles, grills, and patio furniture near the work area should be moved when possible. Pets must be secured for the duration of the service.

Preparation

• Remove fragile items, electronics, and valuables from windowsills and the interior work area
• Close and latch windows before exterior cleaning and/or power or soft washing
• Remove window screens if you prefer to handle them yourself
• Take down blinds or window treatments that block access, or let us know in advance
• Point out any window, screen, seal, or siding damage that already exists

Interior service

For interior window cleaning, an adult must be present to provide access. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture and may remove windows from the pane count if we cannot reach them safely.

06Guarantee & Liability

48-hour guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will come back and make it right at no charge.

Limitations of liability

We carry liability insurance and take real care on every property. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work, including failed or fogged window seals, deteriorated glazing or caulking, loose or rotted trim, oxidized or chalking paint, damaged screens, hairline cracks, or previously scratched glass.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service so we can inspect the condition ourselves.

07Glass & Surface Conditions

Hard water & mineral staining

Sprinkler overspray and Northern Colorado's hard water leave mineral deposits that etch into glass over time. Standard window cleaning removes dirt, not etching. We can often improve stained glass with a separate restoration treatment, quoted on inspection, but severe etching is permanent and may require glass replacement.

Tempered & coated glass

Some tempered glass carries surface imperfections from manufacturing that can dislodge during any cleaning. Certain tinted, coated, or after-market filmed windows can also be damaged by normal cleaning methods. Please tell us about film or coatings before service; we are not responsible for damage to defective glass or after-market films.

Post-construction work

Post-construction cleanup is billed separately from standard cleaning. Paint, stucco, mortar, adhesive, and sticker residue require scraping and carry inherent risk on glass that may already be scratched or fabrication-flawed. We will inspect and discuss the risk with you or your builder before starting.

Pressure & soft washing

We select pressure and cleaning method by surface. Some older siding, painted surfaces, mortar, and wood are not candidates for pressure washing. We are not responsible for water intrusion through unsealed windows, doors, vents, or pre-existing gaps in the building envelope.

Content & intellectual property

All content on riseandshinenoco.com, including the text, photography, logos, and service descriptions, are is owned by Macintyre Services, LLC. Our job photos are of real properties we've serviced and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites and review platforms. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

User conduct

You may not use this website to submit spam, false information, or fraudulent service requests, or to engage in any unlawful activity.

09Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of:

• Unsafe working conditions, including unstable ground, roof pitch, wasp or hornet nests, aggressive animals, or unsafe electrical conditions
• False or materially misleading information about the property or scope of work
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward our staff
• Unpaid balances on a prior service
• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
